Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog! My name is Alyssa and I am a college student majoring in Hospitality Management. I’ve always been involved in sports and have been interested in cooking since I was a little girl. Between ice skating practice, soccer games, and softball tournaments, my childhood involved helping help my mom make all sorts of goodies in the kitchen, ranging from the traditional chocolate chip cookies to homemade tortillas. It wasn’t until about three years ago, when I began college, that I started to focus more on my health, both nutritional and fitness wise. Since then, I have developed a passion for nutrition and rekindled my love of being active. I have learned so much over the course of three years by simply reading articles about nutrition and witnessing how eating clean has affected my body. I couldn’t be more grateful for the journey that I have been on because it has taught me about health, wellness, and myself.
By starting this blog, I’m hoping to share my clean eating recipes with you, and also some of the workouts that I do. It took awhile for me to discover how to eat clean, and I’m still learning more every day; so hopefully we can learn and share our findings together as we continue on our own journey to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle 🙂
